Taggart Global Announces New Safety Incentive Program
Pittsburgh, PA – January 21, 2010 – Taggart Global, LLC (Taggart), a world leader in the delivery of coal preparation plants and material handling systems, announced today that the company has implemented a new Safety Incentive Program. The Program is designed to expand rewards to its workforce for creating a safer workplace.

The new Safety Incentive Program, which is part of the corporate Safety Management Program, is based on both team and individual safety performance in the field and includes the following awards and prizes:
- Two new F-150 trucks are randomly drawn and awarded to two qualifying members of the workforce
- 3% of earnings is awarded as a Safety Bonus to all members of the workforce who qualify at the end of the calendar year
- All qualifying members of the workforce are eligible for up to six additional days of paid time off
- Each quarter a new Suzuki 4x4 Quad is randomly drawn and awarded to a qualifying member of the workforce
- On a monthly basis Taggart awards 3% of monthly earnings as a Safety Bonus
- Points are earned based on safety performance and can be used to purchase merchandise and gift cards.
