Taggart Global designs, builds and operates state-of-the-art coal preparation plants and material handling systems worldwide. Our expertise spans the areas of design, construction, commissioning, and operations, to deliver turnkey solutions for clients in the coal production, power generation, steel making, and material handling sectors.

With our flexible contract services, we meet the unique project needs of clients, from engineering and procurement only (EP); to engineering, procurement, construction and management (EPCM); to build, own and operate (BOO); to build, own, operate and transfer (BOOT).

Taggart Site Services Group

Construction – Turnkey construction services, from initial site preparation and foundations to final commissioning. Our manpower skill areas include ironworkers, crane operators, equipment operators, mill wrights, pipefitters, civil, and carpenters. Field crews are supported by a staff of qualified support personnel, including engineering, human resources, safety, and project management.

Electrical – A wide range of electrical services, from consulting to small panel layouts to entire plant and handling systems. Significant projects include electrical installations for Coal Preparation Plants, Material Handling Systems, Chemical Mixing and Pipeline Monitoring Systems. In addition to its engineering and construction services, Taggart supplies electrical materials to complete each project and to keep facilities in operation during critical times. Our fabricated MCC’s are designed and constructed in our own facility – saving field construction time and capital. Once a project is complete, Taggart supports any operational or software changes, as well as provides programming and any electrical support required.

Civil - A self-performing company providing all civil, foundation, and concrete work from budget development to field construction. Strategically located in Huntington, WV. Members of ACI (American Concrete Institute).

Taggart Global Sourcing Group specializes in high-quality, close-tolerance steel fabrication for the mining and construction industries. This Taggart division delivers exceptional Procurement, Shop Detailing, Project Management, Quality Control, and Logistic services as well as the highest quality fabricated structure and chute work to clients. We work with only the most reputable suppliers that have obtained ISO9001 certification and are capable of fabricating to AWS, CWB or AS/NZS standards.
