Construction
Taggart’s Southern Cross Construction Company (SCCC) is a full-service construction services firm that specializes in turnkey construction, from initial site preparation and foundations to final commissioning. Its manpower skill areas include ironworkers, crane operators, equipment operators, mill wrights, pipefitters, civil, and carpenters. Field crews are supported by a staff of qualified support personnel, including engineering, human resources, safety, and project management.
Electrical
Taggart Global Electrical (TGE) provides a wide range of services, from consulting to small panel layouts to entire plant and handling systems. Significant projects include electrical installations for Coal Preparation Plants, Material Handling Systems, Chemical Mixing and Pipeline Monitoring Systems. In addition to its engineering and construction services, TGE supplies electrical materials to complete each project and to keep facilities in operation during critical times. Our fabricated MCC’s are designed and constructed in our own facility – saving field construction time and capital. Once a project is complete, TGE supports any operational or software changes, as well as provides programming and any electrical support required.
International Procurement
Taggart Global Sourcing Group (TGSG) specializes in high-quality, close-tolerance steel fabrication for the mining and construction industries. Specializing in Procurement, Shop Detailing, Project Management, Quality Control, and Logistic services, TGSG delivers the highest quality fabricated structure and chute work to clients. TGSG works with select suppliers that have obtained ISO9001 certification and are capable of fabricating to AWS, CWB or AS/NZS standards.
